• Usually, your order will be shipped from our Los Angeles, Houston, New Jersey warehouse.
• For some special styles or addresses (outside the US), your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Hong Kong.

Shipping Time:

• We will send a tracking number to your email box once your order is shipped.

Order Cancellations Policy

• <24 hours (Before we produce) : 5% cancellation fee
• ≥24 hours (In production process) : 25% cancellation fee
• ≥3 days (Production is completed) : 50% cancellation fee
• Once shipped : Can’t be canceled

Refund Policy

You can get a refund in the following cases:

1. Never received your masturbator – Full refund, or resend it for you if you’re willing to wait.
2. Received the wrong masturbator  – Provide us with photos of the wrong masturbator and we will refund or resend a correct masturbator for you.
3. Received the damaged masturbator – If this is caused by the carrier, please file a complaint with the carrier and we will assist you in obtaining compensation. If it's product quality problem, please provide us with photos or videos, and we will refund you or arrange a new replacement.
