If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:

Cancellable Orders:

(a) Within 12 hours of ordering (if the package has not been dispatched): Full refund with no transaction fee.

(b) After 12 hours of ordering (if the package has not been dispatched): Cancellation is still possible, but a 10% transaction fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

(c) The order has been shipped. Cancellation is not supported.

Refund Policy:

You can get a refund in the following cases:

Never received your product: Full refund, or resend it for you if you’re willing to wait.

Received the wrong product: Provide us with photos of the wrong masturbator and we will refund or resend a correct masturbator for you.

Received the damaged product: If this is caused by the carrier, please file a complaint with the carrier, and we will assist you in obtaining compensation. If it's a product quality problem, please provide us with photos or videos, and we will refund you or arrange a new replacement.

Refund or Return within 60 Days Due to Quality Issues

If you experience any quality issues with the product within 60 days of use, you may:

• Request a Refund: A $29 processing fee will apply, covering our shipping and handling costs.
• Request a Replacement: We will replace the item with a new one, or a similar product of equal value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available only once.

Beyond 60 Days

After 60 days, we do not offer refunds or returns.
